Went in one this morning to buy some astro turf plimsoles, what struck me was how bright it was in there, lights all over the place, I'd hate to work there. Everything back backlit, it was a god awful experience.

OTB - minimum wage is payable for all hours an employer requires you to be at work.

They do things like make all warehouse employees wait up to an hour to undergo thorough searches before leaving warehouses... usually a shorter period of time but either way can take a significant amount of time each day. They are required to undergo these searches yet aren't paid for their time. That sort of thing.
